•	Installs, repairs, and inspects smoke and fire suppressions systems; inspects tests, and repairs fire alarm wiring, fire alarm panels and peripheral equipment. 
•	Identifies hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. 
•	Inspects, repair or replace smoke/heat detectors and sprinkler heads; repair and test dry/wet systems; tests fire alarm systems using appropriate diagnostic programs and equipment.
•	Assign at the CMS control system for fire alarm.
•	Performs tests and inspection FDAS, WPS, PASS, NOVEC gas &  Fire pumps systems. 
•	Ensures that work is in accordance with relevant codes. 
•	Performs other general building maintenance as assigned.

•	Review all the drawings for the newly accepted project. In order to prepare the materials needed.
•	Inspect the site condition which particular area are need for a site clearance. To make a work plan schedule.
•	Check the work progress of my team in . If we can cope up to the target date of completion.
•	Inspect the site condition if all Fire Alarm devices are installed properly  and in the correct location.
•	Conduct inspections and acceptance testing of newly installed fire protection systems.
•	Inspect and test fire protection and/or fire detection systems to verify that such systems are installed in accordance with appropriate.
•	Inspect properties that store, handle, and use hazardous materials to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations, and issue hazardous materials permits to facilities found in compliance.
•	Write detailed reports of fire alarm  inspections performed, and corrective recommendations offered.
•	Attending Pre commissioning, Commissioning 
•	Attending Qatar Civil Defense inspection.
•	Oversee & Supervise staff, training them, planning their work, and evaluating their performance.
