   Provided direction and leadership to assigned resources for effective and timely execution of the projects.
   Preparing and discussing material submittals/ method statements/ shop drawings/ testing and commissioning procedures
   Review of materials submittals /equipment test certificates submitted by vendor/suppliers prior to submit to consultant.
   Guided, directed and supervised MEP staff during the installation of Equipment (Switchgear, HVAC, Pumps and Firefighting Equipment etc).
   Reviewed preliminary project concepts and schematics (drawings, specifications, calculations).
   Air Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Loss calculations following ASHRAE codes.
   Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the duct work.
   Ensure tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste.
   Design fire detection equipment, alarm systems, and fire extinguishing devices and systems.
   Review and verify tender drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings and as built Drawings
   Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved Shop drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
   Review of materials/equipment test certificates submitted by vendor/suppliers
   Preparation of ITP (Inspection test Plans), Preparation of PQR (Procedure Qualification Records).
   Review the FAT & SAT procedure of Equipments
   Quality control and assurance
   LEED compliance and coordination.
   Testing and commissioning
   Data Center specialist, review and design upgrade to meet Uptime Tiers requirements.
   Develop training materials, and conduct training sessions regarding the safety.
   Final handing over documents ( O&M manuals, warranty certificates and spare parts etc)
