1.  Preparation of Monthly financial reports, financial statements and other records to assess the accuracy, completeness, and Adherence to IFRS

2.  Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, depreciation, and operating expenses by verifying, allocating, reconciling transactions and resolve discrepancies in ERP system

3.  Monitor the General ledger and ensure the accurate recordings are posted including provisions, accruals, prepayments and journal entries

---

4.  Preparation of monthly Cash Forecast statement and identify the cash flow position to ensure funds are available to meet on-going operational activities

---

5.  Maintain Vendor payments and prepare the supplier reconciliation/Manage receivables and prepare the Reconciliation

---

6.  Manage tax calculations (SVAT, VAT, NBT, ESC, WHT) and submit the returns timely

---

7.  Prepare projected cash flows of the companies and projects, closely monitor the regular and exceptional cash flows into maintaining strong and healthy cash flow at all time to meet working capital requirements and organizational long term and short-term needs

---

8.  Preparation & close monitoring of organizational budget, OPEX budgets coordinating with relevant departments ensuring participation of all segments and discuss with divisions heads ensuring the data is valid, provided on time and in line with set goals.

9.  Prepare and Present the overall and individual sales performance of branches and employees

---

10.  Present the financial results to the Board and CFO monthly/quarterly/yearly including any ad-hoc reports and recommendations required for strategic decision making.
