1. • Providing data and coordinating monthly payroll with an external Payroll Service Provider.
2. • Maintaining HR statistics such as leaves, site allowance, etc. for local employees for payroll and record purposes
3. • Coordination of contract documents, keeping the local employee HR files.
4. • Coordinating questions on labor law topics including tax and social security with the support of external service providers
5. • Arrange and obtain necessary documentation for all visa-related matters including visa extensions of foreign employees/contractors.
6. • Maintain legally required Company certifications and liaise with local authorities to fulfilling legal requirements related to any certifications or approvals.
7. • Looking after all the recruitment & onboarding cycle.
8. • Make sure employees are having their performance evaluation dialogues with the Managers and it's updated on the portal.
9. • Organizing local training and employee counseling programs
10. • Responsible for the company cars including pool cars (coordination of delivery, handover to Service or employees, returning vehicles to the lease company, etc.)
