  1) Undertakes receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that goods are correctly labeled, material coded and located within the warehouse.
  2) Ensure inventory accuracy by stock check & cyclic count of 500 Items P.W. from Jan 2016. Physical v/s book.
  3) Ensure daily stock count to avoid any discrepancies in physical stock v/s book.
  4) Material Code Opening in SAP.
  5) Apply storekeeping procedures and methods in arranging space, conducting inventories, estimating needs and maintaining and preparing forms, records and reports.
  6) Arrange and follow up the loading and unloading of shipments.
  7) Maintain established inventory of materials and consumables.
  8) Verify documentation and doing transactions for all inventory movement in actual and through the SAP system.
  9) Provide strong leadership among warehouse workers and laborers.
  10) Receive returns from departments after completing all required formalities.
  11) Identification of useable inventory.
  12) Review documentation and material product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
  13) Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  14) Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulations.
  15) Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
  16) Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  17) To have effective coordination with the seniors for smooth/efficient work-flow.
  18) Recommend measures if any, to your Head of Department, for improvement of SOPs.
  19) To provide immediate feedback to your immediate supervisor, HOD or management in case of any abnormality.
