1. Responsible for instrumentation work at Ammonia Complex, Urea and Utilities and reports to Instrument & control Engineer

2. Generate backlog from computer systems ( SAP) and get the work done accordingly

3. Perform preventive maintenance & calibration of safety critical instruments including fire and gas devices

---

4. Participate / present safety topic in meetings and fully aware of DuPont safety guidelines & procedures & attended training session on firefighting also comply with all company Health, Safety & Environment as well as work permit policies and procedures

5. Ability to read P&ID, logic, ladder, loop wiring, block, functional and schematic engineering drawings

---

6. To remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair install electronic, pneumatic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in workshop

---

7. Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns, also perform modification of control loop as per process change

---

8. Corrective and preventive maintenance of electronic, pneumatic and microprocessor based pressure, differential pressure, temperature, flow transmitters and their loop testing and calibration, also having skill to install their tubing

---

9. Corrective, preventive and diagnostics maintenance of Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow Switches and thermocouples, RTD’s and bi-mettalic including instrumentation installed on fire pumps Synthesis, Air compressor, Gas Turbines,Steam Turbines and pipelines ,Corrective and preventive maintenance of Displacer type level transmitters, controllers.

10. Good working skill on Honeywell C-300 (Experion), Woodward 505 system, Bentlay navada 3500, CCC Anti Surge, Mark V, SLC, Control Logix 5000, Allan Bradley and PLC ntrol systems ,Bentlay Nevada Vibration probes, proximeters , HMI installation and fault rectification
