    To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork’s to Government Authorities, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Labor Office, Immigration, Emirates ID Authority, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, Civil Defense, Health Authority, Food Control Authority, Waste Management and all other government departments as necessary.
    Contact & Follow up debtors & implement repayment schedules & terms
    Renew update and maintain the trade licenses and other Govt. Certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date
    To proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.
    ? Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents.
    ? Help the Staff when they need it like meet them in (Airport -- Hospitals or anywhere for assistance.
    ? To assist all GM sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process.
    ? Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring.
    ? Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes
    ? Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
    ? To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
    ? To submit required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised by the Regional Finance Manager.
    ? Handle company's cash provided for PRO services and submit the expenses on timely manner in order to ensure the continuity of the Process
    ? HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labor laws / other Government laws etc.
