I have implemented the Citidirect Portal in Coca Cola Icecek which is the fastest, electronic and paperless portal of payments regarding RTGS, Letter of credits, Bank contracts and Open Account transactions. Citidirect is a portal designed by the citi bank which connects the client with the bank in a very quicker way. Firstly i have updated our authorized signatories in bank, the bank updated the signatories in their records and connected them with portal. After that we have uploaded the specific formats regarding all our payment modes in the citidirect portal. After that i activated the devices of signatories with them which generates a specific code generated by the bank electronically on each sign in. After the whole implementation when the associate make any request for the transaction the system automatically forward the email to the authorized signatories to approve the transaction by accessing all the details regarding that transaction where ever they are they have an access they can approve the transaction. When the transaction is approved by the signatories the transaction already forwarded to bank for further proceedings. So the whole process was paperless and became faster.
