    Provide informal on-the-job training and coaching, and formal training based on capacity building plans, and report on these training sessions in understandable, non-technical language.

    Support CDLD Senior Program Engineer, line department engineers including LGD engineers, and POE engineers by conducting regular monitoring site visits to the respective schemes, to ensure that best engineering practices are employed at all times.
    Agreed upon project engineering standards in all sectors are being followed by all concerned at all stages of the project, and specifications and design criteria are being strictly applied and followed;
    Cross checked the BOQ of Street Pavements, Hand pumps, Bore wells, Dug wells, Water storage tanks, water ponds, Irrigation channels,Graveyard,playgrounds,water course, flood protection walls, check dams, suspension bridges, culverts, additional rooms in schools or hospitals, street lights, waiting area, Roads and reported to Line departments.
    Implementation progress is being maintained as per the work plan.
    Potential risks are monitored well in advance, suggesting adequate remedial measures;
    Information from each POE project visit on financial, physical, and quality aspects are immediately entered into the CDLD MIS.
