  Responsibilities:
  • To assist with the implementation of Project HSE Plans and associated procedures.
  • To assist with the implementation of Project Emergency Response Plans.
  • To monitor all site activities in respect of legal and other HSE compliance, report identified issues and provides
  guidance / assistance as necessary.
  • To conduct recorded Daily Site Safety Inspections and record any deficiencies in HSE Issues Tracker for closure.
  • To follow up and ensure closure of any non-compliance identified through Audit or inspection processes.
  • To conduct Pre-work inspections related to permit to Work issuance process.
  • To conduct inspections of plant, tools and equipment in line with Project HSE Plan.
  • To assist with generation and maintenance of HSE associated contemporary records.
  • To participate in Internal Audits or external audits conducted by STRABAG | ZÜBLIN – ABU DHABI | DUBAI
  Third-party certification body as required;
  • To identify potential HSE training needs and assist with the delivery of HSE Training as required.
  • To assist with the training and development of subcontractor HSE staff as required.
  • To actively support the Daily STARRT briefing and Tool Box Talk processes.
  • To support the implementation of HSE incentive and disciplinary processes.
  • To report all HSE related incidents to HSE Management and immediate supervisor.
  • To assist with the investigation of HSE related incidents.

  Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project / operational location activities in respect of legal and other HSE.
  • Conducting daily Tool Box talk with workforce in accordance with their task.
  • Providing ongoing training of all staff.
  • Implementation strictly the usage of personal protective standards - Develop and implement a safety program to
  prevent or correct unsafe condition.
  • Perform Weekly Safety Meeting - To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site.
  • Following the PTW (Permit to work System) LOTO (lock out and Tag out) MSDS.
  • Facilities in order to meet an agreed programmed of deadlines.
