1. As Supervision Consultant HSE Engineer I am responsible for-Prepare Consultant Project specific HSE Plan/Procedures in accordance with Contractual & legal requirements

2. Ensure compliance by all parties with Client's HSE requirements and regulations and all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, (OSHAD-SF) of the governments of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the U.A.E

---

3. Advising Project team on implementation of Environmental control procedures, Codes of Practice and Guidelines

---

4. Ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by Principle Contractor, are in accordance with the respective Agreement with Contractor

---

5. Review and approve the HSE deliverable of the project.

---

6. Monitor the Contractor’s construction activities and make sure that these are executed as per the approved HSE plan and procedures

---

7. Conducting Health Safety & Environmental inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance

---

8. Ensure the implementation of and participate in the execution of the Project Non-Conformance and Incident Investigation

---

9. Participate in Project Progress & HSE meeting meetings to discuss/ raise and record OSH related issues of the Project and follow-up with Contractor for Corrective & preventive actions

---

10. Ensure leading and trailing HSE performance measures are developed, compiled, maintained and reported to Client
