1. • Detail study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and Tender. • Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule through the application of the primavera P6 & MS Project software.

6. • Conduct quality related meeting with client and consultant to ensure that quality is maintained on site and prepare Minutes of Meeting. • Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks. • Attend coordination meetings organized by client and consultants etc.
7. • Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors. • Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion necessary rectification works. • Ensure that all MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Public Health work requested for Inspection (RFI’s) and Material inspection Request (MIR’s) are satisfactorily inspected in accordance with the appropriate inspection test plan (ITP).
8. • Liaise with other site engineers, consultants for coordination and approval. • Ensure that all Mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan. • Prepare EOT Documents for Extension of time in Project. • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting projection accordingly.
9. • Measure and value the work done on site. • Prepare the Bills of quantities and other documentations. • Preparation and submission of interim valuation.
10. • Manage and value variation.
Achieved KIA Lucky Motors Factory Project (Project Worth: 45 Million AED) as per project deliverable. Handling Data Centre Project Hyundai Motors, Faisalabad Accomplished Army Welfare Tower (4B+G+16F) as per project deliverable. Handling multistory building Park Lane Tower (4B+G+32F+1RT) project within budget and timeline. Achieved GETZ Astola Pharma Production Factory Project within budget and timeline. Achieved PEL Factory Project as per project deliverable.
