  Identifying and Onboarding new properties within the city and Hub region.
  ? Acquiring Running hotels and getting them onboard and rebrand them as per OYO standards.
  ? Working with Transformation team and operations team for smooth transition of Properties.
  ? Maintaining relationship with property owners and Real estate brokers.
  ? Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned area.
  ? Responsible for end to end business development of the assigned area which includes planning and building short term and long term supply.
  ? Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
  ? Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  ? Providing support to Legal team to ensure the Management Service/Lease Agreement could be signed with ease and Closure could be done transparently and smoothly.
