3. Responsible for the OLE improvement of assembly lines by analyzing the loss reports. Conducting shift DRM and communicating the line constraints through various reports like Gap analysis, Production reports, MR sheets etc.
4. Ensure material flow in accordance with KANBAN principle & material control by using ABC principle, monitoring the critical shortage required by production on daily basis. Monitoring the assembly rejection by following the Pareto chart and hourly reports.
5. Monitoring the effectiveness of Poka-Yoke by daily audit check sheet. Monitoring and upgrading the skill level of operators through tests and exams. Propose new Kaizen and Poka-Yoke to improve productivity and operator safety.
6. Weekly audit for adherence to lean and 5S manufacturing principles.
7. Doing SOP Adherence audits to monitor & ensure the compliance to product and process characteristics. Line balancing, TAKT/ Cycle, bottle neck time calculation of line.
8. Conduct internal audits to overcome potential failure of products or machine components.
9. Co ordinate with Process Quality control team for quality clearance for inward materials, work out on customer complaints and take corrective action to avoid such complaints in futures.
