In liaison with the Project team, making sure all project deliverables are met and any negative variances are reported to the top management.
Weekly reporting of costs against budgets to date with a look ahead to completion
Assist in the preparation collation and issue of reports and registers as may be required.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and develop and maintain a filing system.

Responsible for keeping an impeccable archive of all relevant documents in Project Folders for assigned projects on a weekly basis.
Assist Project Managers in managing projects i.e. maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, organizing and participating in meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Accountable for implementing and managing the Document and Records Management Process during the execution of the project.
 Responsible for all administrative support, including booking travel, processing reimbursements, and arranging to host visitors to the office.
Distribute and file all engineering and contractor or vendor deliverable documentation in accordance with document management procedures and work instructions.
Receive all incoming correspondences, scan and register all incoming technical documentation for engineering and contractor deliverable documentation.
Maintain document logs for correspondence, material approval submittals, RFIs & TQs (incoming & outgoing).
Develop and maintain the Document Management System.
Provide high level administrative support to the Technical Director such as scheduling meetings, correspondence, and taking meeting minutes.
Maintaining hard-copy and electronic files and document management/retrieval systems, adhering to filing system best practices.

Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording all documentations.
Maintains all daily paperwork for all operations departments and ensures every operations team hands in the assigned paperwork.
Compile the operational data of the departmental employees with regards to areas as defined by the managers including but not limited to Training Data Sheets and other service level audits on employees.
Assist with the general project administration.
Liaise with Project Management & team, Client and Sub-contractors effectively and resolve problems and issues relating to documentation.
