Summary of Career

1. Acting as In-charge of Public Relations, Inpatient Services, Customer Care, Front Office, O.P.D. Services, I.P.D. Dept., Health Check and Admission.

9. Keeping regular eye on patient’s complaint’s KPI, suggestions feedbacks and demands for improvement and discussing same in management’s meetings for better patient’s experience.


10. Frequently participant in JCI, NABH, NABL and all accreditation, associated certifications and programmers. ? Maintain high customer and team satisfaction.
