Understand the client’s trade, scope of activity and their insurance need.
Arrange the best-fit insurance from market for them.
Liaison between clients & underwriters and managing the entire operations span.
Gather data, prepare slips for submission to the market and conclude placements.
Ensure all RFP (request for proposals) are reaching the market on time, logged and followed up.
Prepare technical comparisons reports, renewal reports and claims reports for new and existing Clients.
Verify premium for policy renewal, endorsements, refunds, co-insurance and re-insurance placements etc.
Co-ordinate with multiple underwrites and accurately handle the invoicing for the same in case of co-insurance and re-insurance placements.
Transcribe data on the internal systems such as Task-live/GAMS to meet the internal compliance standards and for transactional invoicing.
Ensure timely issuance of the documentation by the insurers.
Audit the policy documents which should be in line with the quoted terms & as agreed with client
Facilitate claims processing for various corporate clients.
Ensure timely settlement of claims as per the service level agreements.
Assist in the coordination with various producing offices across the globe in the handling of global accounts and ensure that such accounts are handled according to the guidelines issued.
Create and maintain client’s folder on the common server, as per the E-filing guidelines.
Extend help to other employees when found overloaded or whenever deem necessary.
