  Team Lead Strategic Projects:
  •Management and Implementation of RAN rollout ZONG turnkey projects in central region.
  •Manage contracted projects and Contractors, Stakeholders participate in Project.

  • Issuance and compliance of Purchase Order to Contractor according to Approved Agreement.
  • Ensure that RAN deliverables are according to approved Customer standards.
  •Timely completion of assigned Swap and Expansion Projects of cell sites (BTS, Battery Bank, Power system, Alarm system, transmission media, Indoor and outdoor Commissioning etc.)
  •Coordination with vendors/subcontractors for projected and un-projected RAN deliverables.
  •BOQ verification for COW, IBS, Micro, and Macro BTS Cell sites associated equipment.
  •Resolution of all Telco issues of Sharing self-constructed Cell sites with parties such as customer, vendor, and subcontractor.
  •Effective coordination and feedback with internal (ZTE) and subcontractor Teams working in field at Cell sites daily Basis to complete Targets.
  • Quality Assurance of Roll out Cell sites.
  • Train junior colleagues and act as a bridge between junior colleagues and higher management.
  
  BSS Engineer (2007 to 2011)
  •Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Power equipment of cell sites like Rectifier, Battery bank, Genset, wapda power.
  •Quality parameters checkout of civil foundation of BTS, Genset, Fuel Tank.
  •Participation in RFI as per agreed specification of Macro, Micro, IBS Telco Cell sites.
  •Supervision of cell site installation, commissioning, of new Rollout Cell sites and expansion activity.
  •Troubleshooting of Internal and External alarms of indoor and outdoor of new Rollout and sites.
  on-air Cell
  •Supervision in Installation and commissioning of Microwave Links as per approved BOQ.
  •Making Transmission media of new on-air Cell sites.
  •Troubleshooting of transmission media of on-air Cell sites.
  •Perform Acceptance (PAT) of Cell sites.
  •Conduct Technical survey of Cell sites.
  •Conducting minimum criteria visits.
  •Perform survey for up-gradation and Implementation of Radio Network.
  •Perform Drive Test to Increase the Quality of network area.
  •Planning of Radio networks to achieve the capacity coverage targets.
  •Knowledge of Radio design network parameters
