  Site Experience Summary:
  Above Ground and Under Ground Cable Laying (Electrical, Instrument & Optical Fibre Callings):
  • Installation and testing of above ground and underground cable laying, Buried Cable Trenches, Cable Conduit PVC and UPVC, Cable Duct banks, Cables Segregation from low energy MV \HV Cables.
  • Installation of above-ground cable installation through cable trays, Cables Ladders, Cable Tray Supports, Cable Gland Installation, Cable Terminations and Cable Tagging and Markers.
  Fire & Gas Instruments:
  • Installation and testing of Fire and Gas Control Panels, F&G Mimic Panels, F&G Instruments like IR/UV Flame Detector, Line of Sight Gas Detector, Hydrogen gas Detectors, Point Gas Detectors, Manual Call Points, Sounders, Beacons, VESDA System etc. Conducted loop Checking, Cause & Effect Checking as per the approved design philosophy.
  Control System (PLC System, DCS System, SCADA System):
  • Installation and testing of Pulse Logic Control Panels (PLC), Distribution and Control System (DCS) and associated system panels, Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and associated panels.
  Calibration and Loop Test:
  • Witness calibration all type of Field instruments and skid mounted instrumens like pressure transmitters, temperature Transmitters, temperature gauges, flow switches, pressure Switch’s, level transmitters. Involving in the loop checking both hart protocol and process control instrumentation
  Solar Power System:
  • Installation and testing of Photovoltaic solar panels for solar Power System and associated panels, cabling and devices for the pipeline sectionalizing valve station as well as for the process plant lighting system.
  Skids and Skids Mounted Instruments:
  • Installation and testing of different type of process skids, verify calibration record of all types of skid-mounting instruments (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature and Vibration types) and associated field cable connections etc.
  Gas Compressor:
  • Installation and testing of Gas Compressor, anti-explosive electric motor, cooling unit, safety valve, blow down valve, pressure safety valve, pressure relive valves and associated panels and cablings.
  Instrument, Electrical and Communication Panels:
  • Installation and testing of Instruments Marshaling Panels, CCTV Panels, Communication Cabinets, IPCS Panels, LMLS panels, relay interface panels RTU Panels and Annunciator panels.

  Vibration Monitoring System:
  • Installation and testing of Vibration Monitoring System of Bentley Nevada 3500 series. Installed Vibration Probes, checked probe health and Probe Characteristics.
  Analyzers:
  • Installation and testing and operated Analyzers like Hydrocarbon, Moisture, Oxygen, Conductivity, and pH/ORP Analysers and Gas Chromatographs.
  Electrical Switchgear:
  • Installation and testing of switchgear 33kv, 3.3kv, 11kv, H.V/L.V Switchgears, MCCs, Local Control Stations.
  Power Transformer and Distribution Panels:
  • Installation and testing of HV/ LV power transforms, Distribution Transformers, Dry Type Transformers, power distribution boards, transformer oil die electric test and Transformer winding test and vector group test.
  AC\DC UPS, DC Batteries and Battery Management Panels:
  • Installation and testing of uninterruptible power supply UPS, Batteries and battery management panels, change over switches and record the Charge and Discharge testing of DC batteries.
  Earthing and Lightning Protection:
  • Installation and testing of Electrical Earthing System, Instrument Earthing System and Lightning Protection, earth ring, grounding Grids, ground rods, cad welding and Resistance and continuity pole to pole testing records as per the approved design calculation.
  AC Motors, DC Motors and VFD and VSD Panels:
  • Installation and testing of electrical motor MV Motors, LV motors installation and Solo run test, motor control station installation test and Polarization index reading testing.
  • Installation and testing of Variable speed drive (VSD) and variable frequency drive (VFD).
  Normal and Emergency Lighting System
  • Installation and testing of lighting system for the plant lighting, building lighting system and emergency lighting system .
  • Installation and testing of Lighting cable termination, Light Control Switches, Photo Cell and record the Lighting Illumination tests as per the client design and engineering standard requirements.
  Small Power Distribution System:
  • Installation and testing of small power distribution cabling, Indoor and outdoor Lighting Control Panels power distribution board, Utility Sockets, Welding Sockets, Weather Proof Sockets and associated cable installation and termination etc.
  Cathodic Protection System:
  • Installation and testing of Cathodic Protection (CP) for Concrete Foundation, Buildings and Tanks.
