1. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
2. Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
3. Carrying out all operational tasks related to Mortgage loans, Auto Loans, Personal Loans and Business Loans ensuring all activities are completed within time scales and with a high degree of accuracy while adhering to Bank policies and processes.
4. Identify and recommend improvements to existing procedures and processes, suggest changes for improving controls and reducing operational risk without compromising on service quality.
5. Ensure that control mechanisms are followed, daily reports are verified and all periodical returns are assigned.

9. Assisting collections and credit in executing decisions by providing data and reports
10. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
