Reviewing and ensuring that Project HSE Plans are as per ADNOC and Abu Dhabi • Municipality HSE Program/Policy. Monitoring, ensuring and overseeing the implementation of the approved Project HSE Plans by Monthly Audit, Daily Inspection, Weekly Safety survey and Tours, occasional campaigns and awareness, as well as Emergency Drills. Ensuring Contractors is maintaining and updating Project HSE files. Developing Safety Culture set by example. • Introducing competence to operators, supervisors and maintenance to plants and machineries.
