Working as end to end Delivery Lead for Product Catalogue for GCI, US and Vivo, Brazil accounts as part of their BSS transformation programs. Established the Product Catalog team for the projects. Delivered 17 Sprints for GCI before putting it in production with very high success and quality. Currently continuing with post production activities – CR/PSR development/delivery for GCI and preproduction new Release/Sprints delivery for Vivo.
? Established NetCracker Customer Care and Sales Management (CRM) Business Practice in Pune, India. Responsible for setting up, development, growth and maintenance of CCSM Business Practice for Pune.
? Line management for CCSM Business Practice (Product Catalogue, Customer Order Management/Order Capture, Customer Management/CRM etc. areas).
? Managing different teams of around 35 Business Analysts, Solution Designers and J2EE Developers for 7 different delivery accounts in USA, Canada and LATAM. Plus managing internal R&D product development and support team for Order Entry, Customer Management and Sales Force Automation modules of NetCracker TOMS Telecom BSS platform.
? Responsible for managing the solution design, development and implementation/delivery of the Product Catalogue, Order Entry and CRM areas as per the customization needs of the clients by using Agile methodology.
? Setting up and driving software engineering lifecycle of the projects. Accountable for solution engineering and software development and delivery for the projects. Delegation and supervision of the work for the entire team.
? Lead the team to resolve technical challenges. Lead Line Level initiatives to build technical competency to meet the needs of the team and Business Practice.
? Providing R&D product support for OE/CIM/CIHM/CBM/SFA modules of TOMS to all the delivery accounts of NetCracker.
? People and team management for all the members of the team, for the entire HR cycle of resource management - hiring, onboarding, team building, training, goal setting, performance evaluation, rewards and recognition etc.
