Naukri, Times job, Monster job.
? Conducted campus drive in various college's.
? Selecting the eligible or suitable candidates through websites based on their skills which
are relevant for our vacancy followed by a telephonic interview.
? Suitable candidates will be called for face to face interview.
? Providing job application form for the appeared candidates.
? Interviewing the candidates based on their skills & amp; abilities and checking their
eligibility.
? Specifying and describing the job description and the roles & amp; responsibilities
assigned for them.
? Conducting the written /technical test for the candidate as the second round.
? Second technical round with the respective in charge.

? Co-ordination with the networking department prior to the new joining.
? Induction to the new entrants for familiarizing them with the Organization Vision &
values, Hierarchy, HR policies, administration & financial policies, etc.
? Preparing the Appointment Letters.
? Handling Employee Retention actions and Counseling during Exit Interviews
? Ensuring Resignation formalities and Organizing Farewell Parties.
? Arranging for Experience Certificates and Relieving Letters & Releasing Full & Final
Settlements.
