Role & Assignment:
Under the employment of POSCO Engineering & Construction Company, below were the assigned responsibilities;
1. Updated 3D Model as per Redline and extraction Isometric and piping plan from Intergraph PDS
2. Reviewed and revised the revision of isometric, piping plan as per Redline after extraction from the 3D model.
3. Updated ISO revision in DWG List and Rev Log Book in excel.
4. Used Navisworks for design review and highlighted the mistake in the 3D model.

Project: FEED and Detail Design of Diesel Pipeline from YRD (Saudi Aramco) to FARABI Petrochemical Company
Client: SAUDI ARAMCO
Project Overview: Installation of 4” Diesel Supply Pipeline (8.1 Km) from YNGL (Saudi Aramco) to FARABI Petrochemical Company.

1. Prepared Pipeline Plan & Profile, alignment sheet, Road Crossing detail, Pipeline Expansion Loop Elevation Details

Project Overview: Installation of 10” Supply and 6” Return Kerosene Pipeline from SAMREF to FARABI Petrochemical Company for the Supply of Kerosene from SAMREF to FARABI Petrochemical Company.
Job Responsibilities
1. Modifying the existing piping plan SAMREF refinery for reflecting the pipe route of Kerosene Supply and Return line.

Project Overview: Installation of Aboveground 6” Pipeline (4.1 Km) through downstream of benzene metering skid from YASREF Offshore Facilities/Refrigeration Tankage to FYPC interface point (near YANSAB)

YASREF Project (Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company Ltd. 400,000 barrels per day BPD)
Role & Assignment:
Under the employment of BEC, I was working with the YASREF team as a Sr. Piping Designer for Ongoing MOC & Projects.
1. GES Supporting for TSD & YPD department and my responsibility was to develop new pipelines (LP Steam 0.7 Km within the plant) routing as per MOC (Management of Change) after site survey and using Nawiswork 3D model. I prepared the Piping plan, Isometric drawings, and MTO as per YASREF material speciation.
2. As-Built of YASREF Firewater Lines at Marine Operations Area & Berth 71 & 72. Upgrade line size of Cement Lined piping headers for velocity concerns.
3. As-Built of YASREF Butane, Propane & Naphtha Metering Skids at Marine Operations Area for revamping due to corrosion concerns.
4. I prepared As-Built Package for LPG C3 & C4 along with SP PID, SPI & OSI Package at YASREF and YNGL&FD. The main task was Raster to Vector conversion of all YNGL all piping plans related to this project for uploading in Aramco I-Plant.
5. Sanitary System Connection From Berth71/72 to Berth 69 SP3 Treatment Unit
