Work with graphic design staff and Central BD team to improve visual quality of proposals.

departmental KPIs.
Responsible for preparation & compilation of all Techno-commercial bids, directly coordination with departmental

Key Responsibilities
Evaluation of Initial Inquiry with the Sales and Estimation Team
Track and manage the progress of works with the presentation of Final bids to COMPANIES on the projects.
Assessment of Prequalification/RFI/EOI and ITT/RFP documents, Prepare the responses and production with
accurate documents.
Exercising full responsibility and authority for complex government proposals and bid preparations.
Preparation of Presentation Materials.
Coordinating proposal efforts with the technical division, contracts department, contractors, subcontractors,
finance department and human resources.
Overseeing the proposal team; coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met.
Finalization of all proposal activities as per the proposal procedure.
Ensuring proposals are in accordance with FARs.
Adhere to all safety rules.
Ability to ensure that complete bid submission receive the best possible response in terms of completeness,
appropriateness and that the best-added value options have been provided for the COMPANIES.
Prepare the notes and presentation for the Kick off meeting of all proposal.
Responsibility for preparation/review and formatting of the proposal write-ups.
Consolidation of all inputs from engineering and make a final report.
