Summary of Career
1. Handling Pre-employment and Post-employment activities includes sourcing, recruitment & selection, issuing Offer letters and other related documents, Induction & orientation, employment Visa issuance, visa stamping and renewal, Travel & domestic arrangements, Bank a/c opening etc.
2. Providing new Joiners details to offshore HRMS team to create their employee ID, email ID, SIM cards etc., And to update new joiners and left employee’s details in Linkin Soft (ERP Systems) database.
3. Coordinating with project managers and director to maintain record of all resources and its availability and analyze all backlogs to ensure delivery of projects within required time frame.
4. Maintaining an integrity of all data through standard processes and collaborate with project managers to forecast all manpower requirements of projects and perform research for all special projects
5. Handling employee exit process – Exit checklist, final clearance, full & final settlements & employee Annual leave salaries as per their eligibility
6. Responsible and handling end to end HR practices for 700+ employees in UAE.
7. Liaise with PRO Manager regarding New/Renewal of Residency Visas, cancellation of visas and any visa changes
8. Preparing an employee annual leave settlements
9. Ensure all addition and deletion of employees and dependents into medical insurance & group life polices (Workmen compensation) as per eligibility
10. Issuance of HR Letters like Salary certificate, Salary increment letter, Experience Letter, NOC etc.
