4. Check all revised drawings as they arrive and alter quantity sheets as necessary in conjunction with the planning engineer.

5. Carry out monthly measurements on site and prepare in term evaluations to include all values relating to labour, material, management, plant and equipment.

6. Make and maintain an accurate up to date measurements of all materials installed in each area.

7. Gathering all supporting documents for variations, order preparation and pricing.

8. Work closely with field supervisor/foreman in order to give them a greater commercial awareness.

9. Resolve disputes in relation to client/subcontractor issues.
