1. Preparation of monthly Financial Reports (Statement of Comprehensive Income) using the ERP System for submission and discussion to Management.
2. Ensuring Financial reports are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures as per International Financial Reporting Standards (‘IFRS’).
3. Filling for VAT returns and maintaining records for the returns of different companies.
4. Preparation of Consolidated Balance Sheet along with schedules and Reconciliation.
5. Preparation of Current and Forecasted Cash Flow of all the Companies
6. Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
7. Coordinates with external auditors and prepares audit schedules.
8. Maintaining Asset Register and performing calculation of Depreciation and Amortization monthly.
9. Preparation of Food Cost Variation reports and reporting the discrepancies in Food Cost with reasoning and comments to management.
