Summary of Career
1. • Ensure implementation of Company’s HSE Policies and Objectives, Integrated Management System and take ownership of company’s HSE policy, core and operating values and ensures their implementation.
2. • Prepare Field HSE Plan, Emergency Management & Contingency Plan, Traffic & Journey Management Plan, Mobilization Plan, Rehabilitation Plan, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Hazard Identification Plan (HIP), Job Safety Analysis, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Safe Work Instructions (SWI) etc.
3. • Perform and participate in Incident/ Accident investigation and reporting. Perform Root Cause Analysis, Health & Safety Hazard Analysis, and Environmental aspect and impact analysis.
4. • Maintain and update all HSE related records & Project HSE Statistics, preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports in accordance with company procedure as well as respective client/owner’s requirement and procedure.
5. • Attend HSE meeting conducted by client/owner and organize internal Safety Committee Meeting and write minutes of meeting (MOM).
6. • Collect accidents/injuries data from sites and follow up for timely compilation of HSE monthly statistics report. Ensure its distribution to all concerned after the approval of Manager HSE.
7. • Monitor, measures and analyse HSE data (OSHA recordable) to establish necessary control to operate in a preventive manner and furnish pre-identified feed back to the SM/PM and Manager HSE on agreed frequency.
8. • Participate and conduct internal audit as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standard to evaluate the compliance of aforesaid standards.

10. • Visit the project sites for monitoring and inspection of site activities. Monitor site/field activities, guiding employees in order to control/eliminate unsafe acts and conditions through positive feedback and effective counselling.
