  ? First contact point for customers as head of service division customers.
  ? Fully responsible for handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with our prestigious clients including banks and corporate clients.
  ? RMA handling with Axon’s key suppliers for defective items or warranty claims.
  ? Monitoring field service team and reporting the same on daily basis to GM.
  ? Payments reconciliation and follow up for the service division.
  ? Responsible for quoting to clients & issuing LPO’s to sub-contractors.
  ? Monitoring ERP system (Freshdesk) & assigning tickets to project, sales & service divisions.
  ? Maintaining and updating our ERP with the customer data base for tax invoicing.
  ? Item codes creations with WAC for newly procured items in our ERP
  ? Procuring materials for ongoing projects & service division.
  ? Managing our fleet of vehicles for smooth execution of tasks in service division.
  ? Preparing and monitoring Gantt chart for service contracts.
  ? Scheduling preventive maintenance visits according to Gantt chart for our key customers.
  ? Raising and submitting tax invoices for timely payments to AMC clients.
