1. • To improve quality of existing/running products (Body lotions, hair removing cream, hair tonic and face wash etc.) by R&D methodology and technics.

2. • To develop formulation for new products as desired by company (Body lotions, Skin care creams and moisturizing creams)

3. • To perform quality control activities in order to ensure the finished product have quality meeting company quality specs.

4. • To manage and keep Production, R&D and QC data updated to fulfill documentation work to represent during internal and ISO audits.

5. • To manage and control Lab and production budget by making Capex and Opex sheets monthly and annually.

---

6. • To schedule preventive and corrective maintenance actions as required.

---

7. • To Manage disposal of hazardous waste during Laboratory practices.

---

8. • Successfully reformulated hair removing cream to make it with good and smooth feeling, the cream is available with brand name a EU hair removing Cream.

---

9. • Successfully reformulated hair tonic with good hair conditioning ingredients, the product is available in market with brand name a Kala Kola hair tonic.

---

10. • A hand wash liquid soap will be launch by company with the name of EU hand wash; Formulation R&D work for it is my own struggles.
