I am a Strong information technology professional with a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Information Technology from University of Calicut and more than one year experienced IT SUPPORT ENGINEER at ITCS MALAPPURAM which produces banking software for co-operative sectors in Kerala. Skilled in Windows System,Server Administration & Network Administration,ORACLE, SQLserver,Powerbuilder.
During my employment period i was assigned to install and maintain software, install and setup printers and scanners, troubleshooting network problems and solving issues, creating and maintaining databases, maintaining backup modules, correcting clerical errors, and giving technical support and administration to the clients.
