Summary of Career

1. Developing and implementing the procurement strategies and ensuring these as per organization policies, rules and regulations.

6. Providing required written authorization and preparing instructions and import/export documentation to suppliers to ensure timely and safe arrival of goods and take necessary action to resolve problems and disputes.


7. Developed a Closing inventory reporting system for various retail outlets to corporate office.


8. Perform cash management and bank reconciliation activities as per company policies & procedures.


9. Responsible for the preparation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash handling and payroll calculations.


10. ? Controlling Visa process of employees, coordination with PRO, Office & accommodation rental agreements and employees medical and coordination with senior staff and workers.
