5. Preparation of Local authority submissions drawings.(Electrical, Water, Gas, Firefighting, Fire alarm & Telephone as per Authority requirement
6. Liaise with the authorities for obtaining NOC approval
7. Preliminary planning based on architectural drawings
8. Concept/design discussions with the clients and architects.
9. Develop service route requirements, both horizontal and vertical and space co-ordination with other traders.
