Primary responsibility:
1. He is responsible to complete all assigned tasks by RM.
2. To ensure safe/secure delivery of right equipment at right place at right timeto right person.
3. To properly manage all tracker sheets, records and folders in the absence of RM.
4. To keep record of customer inventory items with proper stacking at suitable place.
5. Time to time coordination with POCs and other regional teamsfor smooth operations.
6. Implementation of company policies in true spirit.

1. He must be ready 7/24 hours to meet customer requirements and attend customer and RM calls in all cases.
2. To receive all approvedcustomer requests from RM as defined by CMAG management.
3. Toreceive bellow mentioned information from RM to deliver theequipment:
• Onsite Receiver Name & Contact No
• Cluster Engr Name & Contact No
• Site Guard Name & Contact No
• Site Map Coordinates (Latitude, Longitude)
• Site Access Clearance Status
4. To ensure that suitable vehicle, driver andlabour are available for activityas directed by RM.
5. To ensure that the vehicle detailed for trip/ activity is fully serviceable.
6. RM will entre data in Activity trackers. If AM makes any record entry then AM will inform to RM and RM will verify each entry record.
“REAL TIME DATA ENTRY” means “to make data entry immediately in tracker when any information is received”.
7. AM is responsible to ensure that every vehicle has been issued with a Trip Form and equipment gatepass before departure and receive back the trip form with other complete details and hand over to Admin Officer for closing.
8. In case of any printing issue, manual Trip Form must be generated and same readings must be entered in tracker.
9. RM and Admin Officer will plan the activities and he will provide following documents to AM for trip departure:
• Printed Trip/ Gate Pass Form (Admin Officer)
• Vehicle Log Book after data entry (Admin Officer)
• Printed Sites Information (Regional Manager)
• PrintedGoogle Route Map (Regional Manager)
• Company Smart Phone (Regional Manager)
• Sygic Map application (Regional Manager)
10. AM will ensure the availability of following documents with driverbefore and after the trip:
Trip/ Gate Pass Form Google Route Map Print
Driver license Vehicle Log Book
Vehicle registration Book Vehicle Annual token
Route permit Vehicle Exhaust Emission Certificate
Vehicle Fitness Certificate Vehicle Certificate of Insurance

11. He will ensure that vehicle engine oil is not due for change before trip departure.
12. To ensure the availability of following documents with Receiver/ Dispatch person before and after the trip:
Printed DNs/ RN/ BOQ/ ATF/ MMR Form for receiving
Smart Phone
ISDP Software for DNs acceptance
GPS Camera Software for onsite equipment pictures
SYGIC Offline Map Application
Complete Site information (POC/Receiver/Cluster Engg /Guard/coordinates/ Access Clearance)
13. To informRegional Managerregarding any problem being faced during trip or delivery of items.
14. To keep all hardcopies of documents in proper files &folders.
15. To timely meet the packing requirements of RT itemsas per customer requirements.
16. AM will properly receive and issue the items as per Gate Pass Form issued by RM. Nobody is allowed to issue any type of item to any one without proper gate pass otherwise a serious action may be taken against such persons.
17. To ensure the full control over the staff and monitor their unnecessary movements and wastage of time.
18. To ensure maintenance all documents & records as per company policy and procedures.
19. To follow the hierarchy of management in CMAG and don’t try to override the rules. If any employee does not give respect to their senior and does not obey the orders then he is not eligible to stay in CMA Goods and RM may recommend for his termination from job.
20. If RM or AM directly receive and handle the customer request and try to violate the CMAG procedures then respective person will be responsible for his own act.
21. To ensure the implementation of all working procedures defined by CMA Goods.
22. Any other task assigned by Manager Operations and higher authorities.
