1. Developing and enhancing HSE plans, policies, procedures, reports, audits and compliance order adherence ? Performing periodic workshop/site visits and inspections to various sites and maintenance projects to ensure all required HSE code of conducts are adhered to, while maintaining detailed and accurate reports of compliance best practices and deficiencies and/or areas of concern

6. Managed budget and cost control activities effectively by minimizing damage and injuries and implementing the hierarchy of hazard control • Prepared and conducted safety audits both internal and external.
7. Led a cross-functional team of five people to establish standards and ensure that potential hazards were identified, understood and controlled for nearly 1,000 employees; • Reviewed and oversaw safety procedures, HSE Plans and guidelines resulted in three million man-hours LTI free;
8. Planned and organized HSE audits, inspections and HSE meetings in consultation with site management • Documented and recorded weekly HSE Meeting minutes to identify improvements • Led a team of 1,500 personnel in a 45 kilometers pipelines project from wellheads to Gas plant then to manifolds.

Guided students in process operations and recommended safe operating practices • Led a team of eight HSE personnel in a multi-billion-dollar project with Shell to identify health, safety and environmental hazards arising from the company’s business and notified team of security threats to business and staff;
10. Accessed and managed associated risks across the full lifecycle of five mega projects to ensure that risks were as low as reasonably practicable; • Complied with legislation and associated codes of practice with an endeavour to improve on the performance standards by adopted a risk-based approach to design, construction and operation of facilities, resulted in rendered support to client for all of their five site locations
