  Knowledge of Supervising, Installations & Maintenance of Sub-station, Motors, Welding Machine, Utility Power Equipment’s, Earthling and Lighting Protection of IS/IEC/IEE standards and IE rules preferred.
  Knowledge of Electrical drawings for cable tray routs, cable laying, gland and their terminations at panel and field side.
  Knowledge of Store Management, Stock checking of P&M Spares, MR Creation in Supply Chain Management.
  Experienced to do LV and MV test for power cables and bus bars rated from 600v to 22kv.
  Preparing inspection schedule with consultant for system approval. Coordinating with client, consultant, contractor, subcontractor and supplier.
  PTW, cold work permit, hot work permits for safety formalities for all kinds of electrical works.
  Preparing test packs and ready for inspection (RFI) schedule for consultant approval and compliance with necessary standards as per the client requirements.
  Organizing the support staffs for super vision of site activities, administration & document control.
  Planning & Implementation of long term & day to day project control.
  Engineering review of approved drawings for construction.
  Inspection of quality of work as per approved shop Drawings & Method statement.
  Possess excellent interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills, commercially aware and capable of working well under pressure within a team.

  Take active part in sensitizing the Sales and Operation to gear up for the prospective business.
  Has to inform HR about the prospective skill requirement, so that TA team can do market research on the availability of manpower.
