1. • Supervising a team of 14members, 17 CNC machines, in a TOOL ROOM.
2. • Design a system &plan, by which production is carried out with a view to meet promised delivery date with minimum cost &quality standard.
3. • Preparation of Product design, Production schedules &control, Estimating &Routing, Machine loading.
4. • Monitor and control departments performance to reduce waste, improve efficiency and quality output from production team.
5. • To ensure efficient utilization of Production facilities man, machine, equipment. • To coordinate the Production activities of different departments.

9. • Ensuring smooth flow of materials by eliminating bottlenecks in production. • Planning & Set up of fixtures for new development & critical jobs. • Implement plans with guidance to meet technical requirements of assigned components and systems.
10. • Ensures the timely & accurate completion of work orders as per customer satisfaction. • Develop & maintain the good relationship with Customers, Vendor & related third parties. • Represent the company in professional & courteous manner, keeps high level of maturity. • Machines Daily maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance & Preventive, Maintenance activities on schedule, machines calibrations on schedule
