1. Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time. Chase overdue invoices by telephone within agreed timescales.
2. Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquires.
3. Send out monthly client statements as may be agreed from time to time.
4. Perform other duties assigned by Manager
5. Preparing invoices against Purchase orders for the customers on daily basis.
6. Collecting cash from the drivers and salesmen and depositing it to the accounts team
7. Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies throughout the UAE upon schedule and /or request. Make emergency deliveries if needed.
8. Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
9. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
10. Supervise the cleaning of the warehouse including waste disposal of packaging materials. Develop cleaning schedule
