Summary of Career
1. Assist and provide full support to TeleSales Manager to carry out department Operations and help Staff to ensure 100% adherence to SLAs and audit requirements.
2. Act as a liaison between Telesales Department and Head Office departments/other Units to ensure timely communication and smooth work flow, with the objective of resolving all administrative / operational / staff and customers’ issues.
3. Handling HR issues of the Telesales staff i.e. new staff requisitions, staff replacements, staff’s expense approvals, vacation schedules and leave plans and approvals, staff loans, benefits processing, disciplinary actions, resignations etc in coordination with HR Department and as per HR set policy and guidelines.
4. Prepare training plan of Telesales staff and arrange suitable training in coordination with Training Department to ensure that staff is fully aware of the Bank’s products, policies, procedures and practices to enhance their competency profile.
5. Assist Telesales Manager in undertaking Performance Management responsibilities, by periodic reviews i.e. Mid-term and annual appraisal.
6. Management of office equipment.
7. Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
8. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
9. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
10. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.

? HCFA verification at primary & secondary level submission to reduce the erroneous submission. This help to reduce cost on HCFA
? Responsible for insurance address verification which has also helped to reduce number of return HCFAs leading to more cost saving.
