1. Execution preventive and routine maintenance according to schedules

2. Assist the Project manager in supervising the work of team members and tracking overall work progress.

3. Making BOQs and procure the spare parts for daily, shutdown and annual maintenance activities

4. Review and analyze all MEP drawings, material, schedule/program of work etc. and coordinating all electromechanical activities with various teams on plant.

5. Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and handing over the complete electrical service installation in accordance with contract preliminaries and conditions.

6. Provide costing for project work, make proposals and carry out additional out of scope services.

---

7. Installation of cable laying, cable trays, control panels, distribution panels, lighting system, Earthling and lighting protection system and Calculation of Cable size and Voltage drops for different loads of new Installations

8. Preventive/breakdown maintenance of MV/LV distribution system and Motor Control Centers

---

9. Developing strategies and scope for the electrical/mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance of the installed electrical & mechanical equipment and associated systems.

---

10. ? Responsible to coordinate with other staff in HVAC, Cooling tower and Air conditioning unit’s installations and maintenance.
