Summary of Career
1. Ensure completion, correctness and update of Personnel and Administration database on computerized information systems, as well as the proper archiving of documents
2. Co-ordinating with more than 15 branches (including overseas branches) for related for HR & Administration issues
3. Preparing & Processing monthly Salary (Payroll- ERP System) for 400 permanent employee`s, other temporary staff, and outside contracting company employees also.
4. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
5. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
6. Timely updating the payroll system ( increments, Allowances, supplementary and overtimes)
7. Prepare & Process timely distribution of bonus, increment and salary slip, leave Salary, encashment and full & final settlement of employee’s.
8. In coordination with PRO`s for manage the vis process for the new joiners such as Entry Permits, Residence Visa, and visa cancellation and ensure that all visa applications will be processed smoothly and will be sued on time.
9. Accident: - provide timely information regarding an accident to concerned authorities immediately for claiming / settlement of benefit under Group Personal Accident insurance policy / Workmen.
10. Monitoring of Administration & Personnel matters of Branches and H.O. of the company and reporting to HR Manager And day to day HR & Admin related works and reporting to HR Manager
