1. Analyzing ISDA/CSA legal agreements of the Investment Bank (Barclays)

2. Creating collateral arrangements from CSA agreements with each client

3. Facilitating the counterparties to trade and exhange collateral on the basis of exposure on ghe trades

4. The purpose of collateral is to mitigate credit risk out of each trade and make sure the risk is absorbed by proper collateral margin calls
