• Identify the processes necessary at the Corporate/BA/Project level for the effective implementation of Integrated Management System.
• Plan and conduct QMS audits and circulate audit summary reports.
• Summary Reports and CARs/PARs and conduct proactive follow up for the closeouts of the same to ensure compliance within committed target dates.
