1. Handling work at site, monitoring the progress, quality of work at site, Coordinating with sub-contractors and all agencies for timely completion of the Project.
2. In charge of civil construction works. Handling multiple projects.
3. Preparing Base line Schedule, Tracking Progress. Preparing weekly look-ahead schedule. Updating actual progress and all related information and comparison analysis.
4. Review of drawings and contractual documents. Coordination with Procurement and logistic department for materials delivery at site.
5. Conducting Inspection with Consultant and QCE.
6. Provide feedback to Management regarding staffing requirements based on project schedules and loading. • Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports.
7. Submitting details to HO for additional works/variations observed during work for onward submission of price proposal to client
8. Preparation of Method Statements and Material Approval Sheet in accordance with the quality standards.
9. Quantity Take-off from AFC drawings and preparation of cost estimates.
10. Reconciliation of major materials i.e., Cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel.
