Summary of Career

1. Prepare Job Descriptions; conduct Job Analysis & Evaluation to develop Pay Structures & Compensation Models. Process new employees through the company orientation program which includes company rules, regulation, culture, etc.


2. Plan, arrange and undertake internal audits within their organizations as a Management Trainee for ISO 9001: 2015. Coordinates External Audits with Certification bodies to validate initial and ongoing compliance to the pertinent management system standard. Provide accurate advice to department on procedures, reports, requirements, and other administrative matters.


3. Process all types of visas including Employment visas, Temporary Permits for employees as well as entertainers, guests and as per Management Advice. Submit relevant documents to PRO periodically to the immigration / labor office with regards to cancelled / absconding employees


4. Employee Monthly Payroll processing, updating informations of bonus, commission into the payroll system. Monitoring overtime Calculations and wage deductions as per records.


5. Handle employee terminations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with legal counsel, supervisors and management.


6. Handling Employee/Management related Medical Insurance Renewal, Group policy handling, Quotations and all other documentations for Insurance.

8. Other HR responsibilities included conducting preliminary interviews of candidates to various positions, maintenance of personnel files and assisting the Public Relations Officer dealing primarily with Visas for expatriate office and field force employees.

10. MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. Sending weekly, Monthly and quarterly headcount and hiring report.
