1. Providing technical support & assistance to users facing issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, through a series of actions, either via remote application, phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved the technical issue.
2. Helping users with the installation,repair and update of office 365 click to run
3. Assisting users with the related queries to office 365.
4. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
5. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g. developer team).
