1. Responsible for understanding the business logic for the retail domain and architecture of various applications
2. Administering SharePoint web application holding more than 1,50,000 users. • Monitoring the key application processes and jobs.
3. Handling requests in the form of HPSM Tickets and resolve them in SLA model.
4. Health Checks and proactive job monitoring to ensure application availability 24/7.
5. Participate in conferences, communicate with Technical and Business Teams to resolve companywide issues in a timely manner.Responsible for one to one interaction with onsite POC to study the existing applications and the current support work flow at work site.
6. Problem solving, demonstrated through using both logical and innovative approaches within existing role. E.g. Handling requests in the form of HPSM Tickets and make decision to resolve them in SLA model.
