8. ? Advised sourcing channels on over 300 potential employers for sourcing fresh business and provided contacts from independent research for increasing the overall booked business.


9. ? Created an online database of Salary Transfer Letters formats from banks most sourced employers thereby resulting in reduction of TAT for processing units. ? Established a process for sharing performance data of corporate clients of the bank with retail businesses and vice versa for better monitoring of overall client monitoring.


10. ? Proposed benchmarks and shared data for delisting of non performing employers resulting in reduced losses in approved employer segment. ? Managed the UAT for transfer of MS-Excel based database to the online system of the bank (Dubai Bank).
