1. Understanding the drawing, specifications, BOQ, Contract Documents & Scope of Projects.

2. Reviewing all material submittals, shop drawings prior to the submission to the consultant.

3. Manage projects and oversee work.

4. To check technical design and drawings to ensure they are properly followed.

5. Liaise with clients, sub contractors and other professional staff , especially with site supervisors and project managers.

6. Provide technical support and solving problems on site.

7. Prepare site reports and filling in paperworks.

8. Quantity take-offs from the projects & preparing of BOQ.

9. Follow up the supplier and to respond to their queries to obtain quotation in the proper time.
